We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our EverPro team. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing integrated multi-channel GTM strategies with a focus on driving product adoption, increasing product utilization, maximizing retention, and growing revenue specific to EverPro's MarketSharp and improveit 360 businesses. You will plan, coordinate, execute and report on the success of your strategic efforts and help the team better understand their ideal customers and competitors.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead product marketing content development that drives adoption of our products with key benchmarks for retention and expansion.  
  • Develop in-app messages, emails, and other marketing communications messages within our automation platforms (Marketo & AppCues ). 
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and define target markets for new features, functionality to drive increased product utilization and customer stickiness. 
  • Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing efficiency; manage performance tracking of new programs, product launches and cross-sells for subsidiaries to ensure revenue goals and KPI’s are being met or exceeded. 
  • Enable the team with key market trends, competitive insights, and data rich hypotheses that drive business impact
  • Provide project management and clear next steps to continuously improve customer marketing campaign UX and performance.  
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to drive product positioning and go to market strategies that create a corner stone between the target market and our products
  • Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Team and Operations Strategists to prioritize subsidiary project and system needs and secure additional resourcing at the EverCommerce level. 
  • Lead brainstorms and bring fresh ideas to the team, consistently thinking about new ways we can connect with our customers to drive rewards adoption.  
  • Consult across teams to rally support for proposed ideas, ensure the strategy comes together, and is communicated to all key stakeholders.  

 

 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience; software or SaaS experience highly desired within a sales-led model
  • Exceptional customer centricity and appetite to engage with prospects and customers 
  • Proven ability to design and execute high-impact go-to-market campaigns 
  • You have a deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles and a firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns 
  • You’re experienced in creating and leveraging competitive analysis/positioning for your products, understanding your ideal customers and how to speak to them directly  
  • Strong project management and presentation skills 
  • Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely 
  • Previous experience with rewards and incentives marketing a plus 
  • Previous professional experience or advanced knowledge of: 
  • Home Services, Remodeling, Field Services Management Software industries 

Where: Remote

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
