We are looking for a Product Manager to focus on payments within Service Fusion, one of our EverPro products.

Founded in 2014, Service Fusion, now an EverCommerce company, serves nearly 7,000 field service contractors in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software. While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.” Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price.

EverCommerce Payments and our industry-leading payment gateway, PaySimple, provide payment solutions for over 20,000 SMBs. Our APIs and SaaS products offer payment acceptance, billing automation, client management, e-commerce, mobile, and point-of-sale solutions tailored to the needs of service-based businesses.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about technology and creating solutions that simplify the lives of business partners, developers, and their customers. You have years of experience working with integrated payment solutions, analyzing customer needs, and working across multiple lines of business. You take an API-first approach to solving problems and can articulate partner and developer needs into endpoints, workflows, and documentation.
