We are looking for a Director of GTM Programs to join our team focused on our EverPro solutions.

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Director of Programs to support our Chief Revenue Officer. This high-impact role drives clarity, alignment, and execution across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization by leading executive communications, managing key initiatives, and coordinating critical meetings.

You’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders to support strategic planning, operating cadences, and cross-functional projects, ensuring the CRO is prepared and the organization remains focused and aligned.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, distills complexity into clarity, and leads through influence. You’ll serve as a key liaison between the CRO, Go-To-Market (GTM) and internal teams to drive streamlined communications and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Communications

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across GTM.

  • Provide strategic and operational support, including meeting preparation, agenda development, follow-ups, and special projects.

  • Draft executive communications, leadership messaging, and company-wide announcements.

  • Develop high-quality, data-driven presentations and strategic content for internal and external audiences.

  • Manage GTM communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and organizational alignment.

  • Own and manage the GTM operational calendar to keep the CRO and leadership team aligned and prepared, ensuring visibility into deliverables, reducing meeting redundancies, and maximizing team efficiency.

Meeting Planning & Execution

  • Plan and facilitate key meetings, including managing pre-reads, final materials, agendas, documentation, and follow-ups to drive accountability

  • Lead preparation and coordination partnering with GTM leaders and Revenue Operations to align content, organize deliverables, and ensure materials are impactful and strategically focused.

  • Draft and develop meeting content, including presentation materials, talking points, and supporting documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and executive readiness.

Program Management & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead or support cross-functional strategic projects that drive clarity, accountability, and timely execution, especially those that span GTM functions or fall outside existing team structures.

  • Coordinate across GTM functions to ensure alignment, eliminate blockers, and maintain momentum on strategic priorities.

  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure visibility, transparency, and follow-through.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS or tech, including 3+ years in operations, strategic program management, or a Chief of Staff capacity.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market functions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable impact in a matrixed environment.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to craft high-quality executive content and distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Experience managing executive-level communications and supporting C-level messaging and presentations.

  • Skilled at building relationships, influencing without authority, and navigating cross-functional collaboration.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and working with Operations teams to translate metrics into executive-level reporting and decision-making.
