About the Job
Our bold goal: restore DrChrono Mobile as the leading mobile EHR. We believe providers should spend less time creating content and more time with patients.

The vision: reduce documentation time from 15 minutes per visit to under 3.

As the Principal PM – Mobile, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for DrChrono Mobile. You’ll be accountable for ensuring solutions are valuable and viable, while partnering with design and engineering to ensure they are also usable and feasible. This is an IC role: you will not manage people, but you will influence teammates, stakeholders, and executives through data, logic, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for DrChrono Mobile.
  • Drive toward reducing provider documentation time to <3 minutes.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver elegant, mobile-first workflows.
  • Track industry trends and competitive landscape for mobile EHRs.
  • Evangelize mobile as a competitive differentiator.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in product management with strong mobile product leadership.
  • Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
  • Proven ability to balance vision and execution under real-world constraints.
  • Experience with clinical workflows/EHRs strongly preferred.
  • Track record of solving hard problems and owning results.

Where: Remote, US

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: 

The target base compensation for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
