We are looking for a Project Manager to join the EverCommerce Payments Solutions team to focus on commerce enablement across the EverCommerce suite of Products. The EverCommerce Payment Solutions organization is focused on delivering unparalleled value to our customers through frictionless embedded payments and commerce solutions at scale. As a member of the Strategy and Implementation team you will play a key role delivering projects to drive scalable growth across all EverCommerce Solution Organizations.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead integration projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of integration projects across the organization, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Establish and manage project timelines, and resources to ensure project success
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined, understood, and met
Manage project risks and issues, identify and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project progress and status to management and other stakeholders
Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Lead project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on integration projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
PMP, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), or Prince2 certification is preferred
Experience with Asana as a project management tool
Payments Industry experience preferred
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 USD per year in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
