  • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage relationships with venues, agencies, and event partners.
  • Oversee event-specific marketing activities, including experiential programs, promotional swag, on-site branding, and pre/post-event communications.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Track and analyze event KPIs and provide post-event reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders, sponsors, and industry partners to amplify Telnyx’s brand presence.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B event management or program coordination; experience in SaaS or tech environments is a plus.
  • Proven track record managing multiple events and/or programs simultaneously, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute memorable, impactful event experiences.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment.
  • Experience with tools like Google Suite, Marketo, Salesforce, JIRA, and webinar/event platforms.
