Job Summary:
The Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of the company’s events and tradeshow presence in order to generate leads, influence sales opportunities, and showcase the CentralSquare brand. This role ensures the successful delivery of high‑impact, brand‑consistent experiences that support marketing, sales, and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, creative, and skilled at managing complex logistics while collaborating across internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, customer events, and internal events.

Manage event timelines, budgets, floor plans, production schedules, and staffing plans.

Coordinate booth design, exhibit properties, graphics, promotional materials, and onsite experiences.

Manage core aspects of our annual user conference event for 2,000+ customers, sponsors, employees and guests.

Oversee pre‑event logistics including registration, booth asset ordering, shipping, vendor management, and travel coordination.

Create and update event campaigns in Salesforce CRM system.

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors, exhibit houses, production teams, and agencies.

Partner closely with internal teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to define event goals and report on outcomes delivered.

Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and industry associations.

Ensure brand consistency across all event environments and collateral.

Develop event‑specific marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and attendee engagement tactics.

Support lead generation processes before, during, and after events, working with Marketing and Sales Leaders to track results.

Own event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciling expenses.

Analyze event performance and ROI; prepare post‑event reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Maintain a master event calendar and inventory of exhibit assets.

Serve as onsite lead for tradeshows and events (when applicable), ensuring smooth execution and rapid problem‑solving.

Manage onsite staff schedules, setup, teardown, and attendee engagement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in event management, tradeshows, experiential marketing, or similar roles.

Proven ability to manage large‑scale events and multiple concurrent projects.

Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with event management tools, Salesforce CRM systems, and project management platforms.

Ability to travel 25–40%, depending on event schedules.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
-
Experience with exhibit booth strategy, design, and fabrication.
