The Events Marketing Coordinator will support the Director of Events & Field Marketing to deliver the execution of an agreed roadmap of industry and tradeshow events to help amplify Infleqtion’s global event and ecosystem presence. This includes quantum and compute technology engagements, national security forums, and community programs that build brand visibility and engagement across core markets.

  • Manages day-to-day event operations, creating and executing upon a workback schedule to ensure the efficient program management of priority events.
  • Execute logistics and vendor relationships for smooth execution of events.
  • Manage event literature, giveaways and booth dressing.
  • Lead the execution of local/regional events such as regional summits/forums or career days with our local partners.
  • Partner across the marketing team to align event messaging and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop post-event analytics, success metrics and ROI reporting for internal reporting and sales alignment needs.
  • Role model vendor contract, purchasing and accounting discipline.
