  • Plan and host 8 proprietary events per year (regional dinners, webinars, roundtables) with full ownership of venue selection, attendee management, and follow-up
  • Partner with internal content leads to produce and manage a quarterly webinar series, owning logistics, registration campaigns, platform setup, and post-event follow-up
  • Own the process for producing prospect specific collateral to deliver onsite at shows.
  • Manage tradeshow ROI tracking and post-event reporting tied to pipeline generation and account engagement
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach campaigns in partnership with sales team to maximize booth traffic and meeting bookings
  • Own event budget management, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
  • Lead planning for Datavations Annual Summit launch in FY28

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or other related fields.
  • Willingness to travel to between one and two  events a month
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Prior experience managing tradeshows or events in B2B manufacturing, building materials, or related industries preferred.

Location: New York (preferred)

Why Join Datavations

  • Impact at Scale: Influence a $2.3 trillion industry by shaping how data science accelerates ROI for major manufacturers.
  • Autonomy & Growth: Enjoy the freedom to experiment with new technologies and see your ideas realized in production.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a supportive team that values positivity, proactive ownership, and continuous learning.
  • Professional Development: Work with Terraform, OpenTelemetry, GenAI coding tools, and modern observability stacks.About the Role

Compensation

The base salary average range for this role is $80,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
