We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equity Market Data to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical financial and market data, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. As an Equity Market Data, you will be responsible for:
- Daily Maintenance:
- Maintain financial report data of issuers.
- Maintain USD-IDR exchange rate data.
- Update and maintain news related to announcements published by IDX.
- Weekly Updates:
- Update and maintain analyst ratings data every Monday.
- Update and maintain Stockbit analyst consensus data every Monday.
- Monthly Updates:
- Update and maintain issuers' holding compositions.
- Update and maintain issuers' shareholders data from announcements published by IDX.
- Quarterly Updates:
- Update financial report data of issuers.
- Update USD-IDR exchange rate data.
- Corporate Action Adjustments:
- Ensure financial data in key stats and issuer screener is accurately adjusted following corporate actions.
- Update and maintain issuer insider data, ensuring it reflects corporate actions.
- General Maintenance:
- Update and maintain schedules and data for corporate actions.
- Input tickers for newly listed issuer.
- Update issuer profiles, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy.
- Stream Data Management:
- Ensure all IDX-listed issuers’ data is included in the “Reports” stream on Stockbit daily.
- Maintain all data related to issuers in the “Reports” stream on Stockbit daily.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate actions.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and interpret fundamental company analysis data.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in market data platforms or similar roles is a plus.
