How You Will Make an Impact:

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Functional Consultant to support and optimize our Epicor ERP system, with a strong focus on inventory and procurement processes. This role will involve a mix of system support (approx. 15%) and hands-on configuration and data cleanup (approx. 85%). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Epicor implementations and a deep understanding of core financials, inventory and procurement modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cleanup and optimization of inventory and procurement modules in Epicor
  • Configure and improve vendor setup and procurement cycle workflows
  • Provide ongoing support for Epicor users (approx. 15% of time)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve data integrity issues
  • Utilize Epicor tools such as BAQ (Business Activity Queries) and Data Management Tool
  • Assist in creating better reporting and data visibility across inventory and procurement
  • Support document management processes, including DocStar integration for invoice scanning and approvals
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation for internal teams

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3–4 full-cycle Epicor Kinetic implementation experiences
  • Strong functional knowledge of Epicor Kinetic, especially:
  • Proficiency with Epicor tools: BAQ, Data Management Tool
  • Experience in system configuration, data cleanup, and process optimization
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a consultancy setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DocStar for invoice scanning and approval workflows
  • Prior experience in a hybrid support/implementation consultant role
  • Local to Austin, TX (preferred but not required)
