Prominence Advisors is actively seeking a fully remote Epic Referrals/Authorizations Analyst to join our team supporting our West Coast client. You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. Requirements
You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role
- Epic Certifications
- Cadence
- Referrals and Authorizations
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic Referrals Advisor
- Experience supporting Epic Revenue Access / Patient Access workflows
- Preferred Qualifications
- Registration and Cadence workflow experience
- MyChart Scheduling (Direct, Open, Fast Pass)
- Soft-Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
