Epic ClinDoc/ Quality Measures Analyst

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Certified Analyst with a Quality Measures badge and deep regulatory experience to support ongoing optimization and compliance initiatives. This role will play a critical part in enhancing documentation workflows, ensuring alignment with federal and state reporting requirements, and driving quality performance across the organization.The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Epic Clin Doc build and support, a thorough understanding of quality reporting programs (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission, MIPS, Core Measures), and experience translating regulatory requirements into effective system design and workflow solutions.

• Certifications
• Epic Inpatient ClinDoc certification
• Quality Measures badge
• Experience
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Experience with Regulatory build
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory a plus
• Soft-Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
