Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Epic Cheers Analyst to join our team in support of a West Coast client. This is a long-term opportunity within a multiyear Application Managed Services (AMS) engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and technical expertise in Epic Cheers, with a focus on providing high-quality application support, maintenance, and optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for the Epic Cheers application
  • Manage and resolve tickets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (break-fix)
  • Perform optimization and enhancement work to improve system efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to client standards, change control processes, and documentation requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Epic applications (Epic Cheers experience required)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Epic certification(s) preferred
