This Gogo EHS Specialist focuses on environmental, health, and safety compliance for all office locations. The ideal candidate will promote a safe and healthful work environment by implementing and monitoring safe work practices and ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.

How will you make a difference?
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the EHS Management System, including updating programs, policies, and work instructions
- Audit and evaluate EHS programs and track corrective actions to closure
- Inspect workplace environments, activities, and conditions to verify compliance with EHS requirements
- Conduct incident investigations utilizing root cause analysis tools to develop corrective and preventive actions
- Provide timely submission of necessary EHS reports to Gogo leadership, customers, and regulatory agencies as required
- Track and report on KPIs and participate in continuous improvement efforts to drive EHS performance
- Deliver EHS training, safety committee materials, and “toolbox talks” to educate employees about EHS policies/procedures, laws, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, an Environmental field, or another related discipline
- 1-3 years' of relevant experience
- Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time domestically
Required Skills, Talents, & Experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, and corresponding state regulations), ISO 45001 or FAA Part 5 SMS, ISO 14001 EMS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, EHS software, and enterprise software solutions such as Oracle, Business Central, Salesforce, etc
Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience
- EHS-related certification (ASP, GSP, CSP) is preferred

54,000.00 - 67,500.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:
