Important Training Requirement

To ensure every team member is fully equipped for success, all Denver hires will complete a 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before transitioning back to the Denver market.

What You'll Do

As a Storm Restoration Specialist, you'll help homeowners protect and restore one of their most valuable investments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Canvass & Build Relationships
  • Inspect & Educate
  • Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
  • Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
  • Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Build Your Pipeline
  • Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory
