We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious analyst to join our team in Portugal and help us understand and communicate the business impact of our cutting-edge AI solutions.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about data, who wants to learn how advanced AI models are creating real-world value.

What We're Working On

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support projects that are at the forefront of the AI industry. You'll have the chance to analyze the performance and impact of:

AI Copilots & Autonomous Agentic Systems

From copilots in hospitals, financial advisor agents, and manufacturing bots

High-Performance Search & Recommendation

Large-scale recommender systems and search solutions like Elasticsearch, vector databases, and text-to-SQL

Decision-Support Tools

Systems for critical applications in adtech, finance, and e-commerce

Core Stack You'll Use & Learn

Core Tools
Python, SQL, and advanced AI-assisted coding

Visualisation
Matplotlib, Seaborn, and/or tools like Tableau, Looker

What You'll Be Exposed To
Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, MLflow, AWS, and GCP

The Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be the analytical engine of our project teams. You will dive into project data to uncover insights, evaluate model performance from a business perspective, and help translate complex technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for our clients.

You will:

Analyze Performance Data
Work with data generated by our AI models to measure their effectiveness, identify trends, and understand user behaviour.

Research and Evaluate Models
Support senior team members by researching new AI and machine learning approaches, summarizing their capabilities and potential business applications.

Translate Technical to Business
Collaborate with ML engineers to understand how models work, and then articulate their value and limitations in a business context.

Create Reports & Presentations
Develop clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.

Support Project Teams
Assist in the discovery phase of new projects by analyzing client data and identifying opportunities where AI can solve key business challenges.

About You

✓ You are a recent graduate or have 0-2 years of professional experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or related role

✓ Strong foundational skills in Python for data analysis (especially Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data querying

✓ A natural curiosity for technology and a strong desire to learn about machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI

✓ Excellent communication and presentation skills; you are comfortable explaining analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

✓ An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail

✓ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) is a plus

✓ A BSc or MS in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
