Entertainment Talent Acquisition Manager 

Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000

Quarterly Bonus: $2,500

Location: Hybrid (based in Colorado) 


The Entertainment Talent Acquisition Manager leads recruiting for Wedgewood Weddings' Entertainment Department, ensuring we have exceptional talent in place to support both current operations and future growth. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, forecasting hiring needs, and partnering with entertainment leadership to proactively recruit DJs, entertainment leaders, and other key roles before staffing needs arise.


Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, organization, and strategic thinking. You'll play a key role in supporting new market expansion while continuously improving recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience. This is primarily a remote position with occasional travel for recruiting events, leadership meetings, interviews, and expansion initiatives.

 

Workforce Planning & Recruiting Strategy

  • Develop and execute the recruiting strategy for the Entertainment Department.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on staffing levels, growth plans, event volume, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with entertainment leadership to proactively plan hiring efforts.
  • Identify future staffing needs before they impact operations.
  • Build long-term recruiting strategies that support continued growth.

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for DJs, entertainment leadership, and other entertainment-related positions.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with Regional Managers and entertainment leadership.
  • Deliver a professional, engaging, and consistent candidate experience.

 

Recruiting Operations

  • Develop, maintain, and improve recruiting processes and workflows.
  • Standardize hiring practices across the Entertainment Department.
  • Coordinate recruiting events, networking opportunities, referral programs, and other sourcing initiatives.
  • Build relationships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and other recruiting partners.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking.

 

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health.
  • Analyze recruiting trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in staffing, expansion, and workforce planning discussions with leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Entertainment, Entertainment Expansion Manager, Senior Manager of Entertainment Services, Senior Manager of Entertainment Administration, and Regional Managers to ensure staffing plans support both current operations and future growth.
