ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Enterprise Systems Developer will be a key contributor to the development, administration, support, and ongoing optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related business applications. This role requires a communicator with strong analytical and documentation skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Enterprise Systems Developer role requires technical design, coding, configuration, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance across core business domains including Finance, Global Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and is eager to learn how complex data and processes flow across interconnected systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a subject-matter expert for data flows and system processes across the ERP ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and system solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including SOPs and detailed process flows
- Lead and/or participate in major upgrades, enhancements, and implementations of the ERP system and related financial systems, ensuring minimal disruption
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to end-users across all supported departments
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations with other enterprise applications, such as Salesforce, RAMP, and other relevant platforms includes working with API and integration technologies, including EDI, SOAP, and REST API
- Ensure data integrity and apply required security to safeguard data assets and comply with internal policies, including SOX and ITGC
- Maintain strict adherence to best practices in data analysis, validation, and process flows
- Assist in creating systems diagrams based on data flows and provide input on potential changes to systems infrastructure
- Utilize SQL and reporting tools for large data volume analytics, data set reconciliations, and performance optimization
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in an ERP Developer, Senior Business Systems Analyst, or similar technical role, with experience managing and supporting ERP systems or similar technical role, preferably in the Consumer Goods (CG) or Manufacturing space
- Proven experience with API and integration technologies (EDI, SOAP, REST APIs)
- Proficiency with SQL Server database and strong fundamental knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting
- Experience managing and supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in key areas such as Inventory, Distribution, or Manufacturing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, validation, and working with large data sets
- Familiarity with compliance standards, data governance, SOX, and ITGC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting
- Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
- Experience working in cross-functional system enhancement projects or release cycles
EDUCATION:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent experience

SALARY RANGES:
Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
