What You’ll Do:

 Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for SaaS applications for the General and Administrative functions of Tempus.
  • Qualifies system feature requests with internal business partners – with the ultimate goal of training teams to retain system workflows.
  • Plans and executes system integrations tied to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Records information and details to define system SOPs.
  • Leads contact with internal/external stakeholders in a polite, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Leads procurement conversations (forecasting spend and growth on a user and/or system basis).
  • Proactively identifies and leads strategic projects to improve efficiency and adoption of systems.
  • Answers internal/external configuration questions.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 2-4+ years experience in IT/system administration.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Adobe, SmartSheet, Zoom, or similar organizational software preferred.
  • Experience in consolidating/merging accounts with vendors preferred.
  • Experience with domain claiming and/or domain management preferred.

Pay Range:

Illinois Pay Range - $75,000 - $95,000 USD

The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
