This individual contributor position will report to the Sales Director.
In this role You'll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
While focuses on software solutions designed for the utilities sector, including energy management, Grid optimization, and customer engagement platforms.
You'll Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness as part of a Global Organization with a focus on the North American Region.
Guided by commercial "Grid Software" practices and policies that may be shaped by the role; In this position you will be offered significant control/influence over commercial priorities, however with moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales/business development of GEV Grid Software Solutions to external customers and other GE Vernova businesses
- As the Enterprise Sales Manager for the region assigned; you will be instrumental in driving profitable growth by developing and managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments to influence others.
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the regional market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.
- Confidently takes new perspective on existing solutions.
- Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal resources of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
- Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field while applying the GE VERNOVA SQDC guided Life Rules and Principals.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
- Min. 5 years of Business Development and/or Sales Account management and /or Client Contract Management with commercial experience within the specific Industry.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the USA

The base pay range for this position is $129,600.00 - $194,400.00 USD Annual The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Comp Plan of 20%.
