We deliver enterprise-grade solutions and services in cloud, secure mobility, analytics/AI, digital marketing, and digital workspace. Our mission is to enable customers across government, financial services, healthcare, and other industries to thrive in today’s hyper-connected economy—helping them increase productivity, safeguard assets, and make smarter decisions.

Position Summary

Samsung SDS America is seeking a senior sales expert to drive adoption of Zero Touch Mobility for ServiceNow (ZTM)—our flagship solution for mobility lifecycle management—through a combination of strategic partner development with cellular carrier reseller partners and direct engagement with large enterprise and government clients via those partners.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can close complex enterprise deals, build and scale carrier “Bill On Behalf Of” (BOBO) partnerships, and act as a market-facing subject matter expert in enterprise mobility and IT workflows.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Own revenue targets and deliver growth by balancing direct sales with partner/carrier-led opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand adoption of SDSA’s ZTM solution.
  • Leverage strategic partners to build pipeline, enhance opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and consistently meet revenue and profitability goals.

Carrier & Partner Acquisition

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard cellular carrier reseller partners as strategic growth multipliers.
  • Build and manage joint business plans with carriers to scale enterprise adoption.
  • Lead partner enablement programs, equipping carrier sales teams with the knowledge and tools to drive ZTM adoption.

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients, engaging stakeholders across all levels—C-suite, IT leadership, and operations.
  • Deliver consultative sales approaches that tie SDSA offerings to measurable outcomes such as efficiency, cost reduction, and digital transformation.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle including discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Manage assigned accounts to meet strategic and economic objectives, ensuring alignment with customer goals.

Project & Delivery Oversight

  • Coordinate internal teams (SDS) and external partners (vendors, carriers, solution providers) for successful project execution.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Manage account-specific risks, issues, and quality controls to safeguard customer success.

Market Leadership & External Representation

  • Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise mobility, Mobile Device Lifecycle Management (MDLM), Managed Mobility Services (MMS), and IT workflow automation.
  • Represent SDSA through thought leadership, industry events, and marketing initiatives that enhance market presence.
  • Continuously capture and share customer feedback, competitive insights, and partner intelligence to inform product and GTM strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 8+ years in solution sales and 5+ years in mobility, enterprise IT, SaaS, or managed services.
  • Proven success in enterprise solution consulting and large account sales, with experience negotiating complex contracts and managing multi-year programs.
  • Strong background in Enterprise Mobility Solutions and Managed Mobility Services (MMS).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or ITSM/ITAM platforms highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise mobility ecosystems—device lifecycle management, MMS, cloud, SaaS, and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners at all levels (C-suite, middle management, operations).
  • Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and business plans simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing programs and campaigns as sales accelerators.
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% within the US.
