ShapeDiver is transforming how computational design teams scale their impact across engineering firms. Our platform enables engineers, architects, and manufacturers to publish and deploy Grasshopper and Rhino models as secure cloud applications. With our new App Builder, computational design teams can now create advanced web applications without requiring dedicated web development resources.
Leading firms like Thornton Tomasetti, Ramboll, and PERI already use ShapeDiver to empower hundreds of engineers, and we believe many more firms worldwide are ready to follow. We’re now looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to help drive this next growth phase.
The RoleThis senior sales role is focused on closing complex enterprise SaaS deals with large engineering firms in North America. Your mission is to turn these opportunities into long-term enterprise partnerships while expanding the pipeline through your proactive efforts.

Run pilot projects that demonstrate ROI and translate them into multi-year enterprise agreements.
Support lead generation in three ways:
Prioritize existing ShapeDiver accounts in engineering firms with proven activity.
Work introductions provided by senior industry advisors with established networks.
Conduct proactive outreach to firms known for having computational design teams (email, LinkedIn, industry events).
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to shape messaging and ensure smooth onboarding of new enterprise clients.
Represent ShapeDiver at industry events, positioning yourself as a credible peer to engineering leaders.
10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience,
Experience in the AEC sector,
Proven track record of closing multi-year, high-value contracts in complex organizations.
Strong understanding of computational design workflows: experience with Grasshopper/Rhino is highly valued.
Ability to communicate credibly with both engineers and executives.
Familiarity with long sales cycles, procurement processes, and enterprise sales methodologies.
Proactive, self-starter with the resilience to balance warm leads with outbound prospecting.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Within 6 to 12 months: first enterprise agreements closed, with expansion opportunities in motion.
A repeatable playbook developed for scaling the same approach in Europe and Southeast Asia.

Remote work setup with flexible hours.
Direct collaboration with ShapeDiver’s founding team and strategic industry advisors.
