Sales Development Representative

Opportunity Our aim is to revolutionise the construction industry, for the better, forever. Although we've achieved some incredible successes so far, we're only just getting started! We are now looking for an ambitious and highly driven Sales Development professional to enable us to reach more companies and ultimately help to make our vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Identify, contact and qualify potential customers

▪ Engage prospects through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns within a defined target account list to secure follow-up appointments and product demos.

▪ Generate and nurture new prospects through the sales pipeline and supporting the Account Executive until the prospect is fully qualified as an Sales Accepted Opportunity.

▪ Work closely with Account Executives on project-led account planning to effectively target and sell our solutions to high-potential prospects.

▪ Collaborate with Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to maintain a feedback loop, sharing key trends and insights from outbound discovery efforts.

▪ Drive attendance to in-person and digital events by executing targeted outbound outreach to engage and invite high-quality prospects.

▪ Effectively communicate and pitch the XYZ value proposition and solution to prospective customers in a compelling manner

▪ Meet or exceed the quota-defined monthly KPIs through effective multi-channel prospecting, qualification and discovery meetings

▪ Stay up to date on market trends, competition and industry developments across Construction, Construction Technology and Data Centres

▪ Track progress toward sales goals by keeping Salesforce updated with prospecting details, next steps, and comprehensive handovers to ensure seamless transitions for Account Executives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

▪ 2+ years enterprise sales experience

▪ Construction, AEC or ConTech SAAS sales experience essential

▪ Experience with Salesforce, Apollo.io, Global Data, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong is a benefit

▪ You will have worked in a targeted outbound sales, appointment setting or cold calling position

▪ Must be able to function as a highly motivated team player within a competitive and fast paced environment

▪ Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

▪ Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers

▪ Comfortable working with multiple account executives

▪ A motivated team player and self-starter who has a passion for sales and customer experience
