This rolls* priority is to ensure the success of a transitional rollout of Toast’s mid-market and enterprise customers from when an MSA is completed to the onboarding of Toast at an individual location. As an Enterprise Sales Coordinator, you will both assist and manage different aspects of customers’ rollouts of Toast to their locations. This includes connecting with both corporate and franchisee representatives to gather the necessary information to book and onboard a location to Toast. Your primary goal as an Enterprise Sales Coordinator is to quote, contract and onboard all locations within a customers’ transitional POS rollout in an efficient, smooth and timely manner.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Partner with our customers and teams across Toast to coordinate and support the successful rollout of Toast for Mid-Market and Enterprise brands.
- Educate and provide consultation to customers on Toast products and services.
- Guide customers through the end-to-end paperwork process, from quote generation through agreement execution.
- Communicate status updates and metrics of customers’ rollouts to both internal and external teams on a weekly basis.
- Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and coordination efforts between internal teams, external partners, and both franchisee and corporate customers.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to build quotes, manage customer information, and onboard restaurant locations.
- Develop a deep understanding of Toast’s customer Master Services Agreements.

- Prior sales or customer facing experience.
- Preferably Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
