Join our Enterprise Sales team, where we partner directly with specific named enterprise accounts and our partner ecosystem to sell the Impinj platform, our IoT solution extending the Internet’s reach from the cloud, through edge connectivity devices, all the way to physical items. Through a consultative sales process, our Enterprise Sales team uses the company’s platform to deliver RAIN, our best-in-market products, capabilities, and technology to deliver solutions that address business needs. We are looking for someone who can quickly master and understand the UHF RFID ecosystem—from end users and system integrators to service bureaus and inlay manufacturers—ensuring you can position our solutions effectively within a dynamic and evolving market.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, aligning with company-wide growth objectives.
- Deliver best-in-class, enterprise-level technical solutions, working closely with Solutions Engineers and partners to address unique customer needs.
- Engage executive stakeholders by building lasting relationships with senior leaders through a consultative and insightful approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and our partner ecosystem to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain full accountability for near- and long-term revenue forecasting, using tools such as Salesforce.com to manage pipeline, opportunities, and account health.
- Gather and communicate insights that shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of market needs.
- This role requires 40-50% domestic travel.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, technical business development, or solution consulting—preferably in RF/wireless technologies or adjacent fields.
- Proven success delivering business-impacting technical solutions at the system or enterprise level.
- Demonstrated ability to independently craft differentiated offerings that lead to revenue generation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $115,000 - $190,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
