Since our Publisher Development team is still relatively small, we’re looking for an Affiliate Account Manager specializing in enterprise partnerships who will join the team and take advantage of it and grow their book of business, specifically within the affiliate network space. The ideal candidate for this role is a charismatic, energetic and resourceful person, with a proactive approach and a passion for success. The client’s position requires an individual to have relationships and contacts with direct publishers across the digital landscape as well as the skillset and desire to prospect and vet new publishers to bring on board. This person possesses a deep knowledge of industry trends, terms and technology. A team member at Madrivo is an A-player with a solution mindset. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise-level publishers, focusing on diverse traffic types and verticals.
  • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new enterprise account publishers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Implement a consultative approach to identify opportunities and productize services to help enterprise publishers achieve growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to bring in tailored offers that align with enterprise client requirements.
  • Identify market trends and align Madrivo's services with the evolving needs of enterprise-level partners.
  • Work collaboratively with an international team to drive revenue growth with both new and existing enterprise customers.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot) with a focus on enterprise accounts.
  • Exceed monthly sales quotas with an emphasis on enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Actively participate in industry shows, conferences, and events to showcase Madrivo's specialized services for enterprise clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proven success in closing new business and building lasting relationships with decision-makers in the enterprise space.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, management, and peers.
  • Existing book of business and/or established relationships with digital publishers, particularly at the enterprise level.
  • Ability to multitask and handle priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, with a focus on enterprise trends and technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions to resolution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and operations ranks.
  • Excellent team player, highly motivated, energetic, and charismatic.
  • Resourceful and tech-oriented with a keen understanding of productizing services.
  • Strong negotiating skills with a demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level enterprise business.
