Core Business & Products:

PIC's flagship product, PIC ERP, is a fully-integrated, 100% web-based ERP platform that manages the complete business lifecycle from quote to delivery. The system serves multiple vertical markets including window covering manufacturers and retailers, apparel and promotional product distributors, fabric mills and workrooms, and wholesale distribution companies.

Technology & Innovation:

The platform supports complex manufacturing workflows, real-time inventory management, automated financial reporting, and multi-location warehouse operations.

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Project Manager will lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive PIC's growth and operational excellence. This role requires a unique combination of technical fluency, stakeholder management expertise, and execution excellence to coordinate complex projects spanning software development, infrastructure, compliance, and client implementations. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will serve as the operational backbone for company-wide transformation initiatives while managing relationships with key enterprise clients. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, can translate between technical and business stakeholders, and has proven experience delivering enterprise-grade projects on time and within scope.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership:

  • Manage enterprise system integrations including Salesforce, Jira, and Zendesk implementations

  • Oversee PICPay migration project, ensuring smooth transition for 100+ customers

  • Drive AI tooling adoption and automation initiatives across development and support teams

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and best practices

Client Success & Relationship Management:

  • Coordinate strategic initiatives with major clients including Hunter Douglas, Budget Blinds, and Springs Window Fashions

  • Manage complex, multi-phase implementations and technical integrations with enterprise accounts

  • Serve as escalation point for critical client issues requiring cross-functional coordination

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Bridge development, infrastructure, support, and business teams to ensure alignment

  • Translate technical requirements and constraints for non-technical stakeholders

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, dependencies, and resource conflicts

  • Facilitate decision-making across teams and escalate appropriately when needed

Operational Excellence:

  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics

  • Track project status, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and create executive-level status reports

  • Continuously improve processes and tools to increase team efficiency and project success rates

Skills & Competencies:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in software/technology environments

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with budgets $500K+

  • Technical fluency - ability to understand software architecture, APIs, databases, and infrastructure concepts

  • Experience with compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or similar frameworks)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience managing C-level and enterprise client relationships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or ERP software companies

  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or vertical-specific software

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Jira, and enterprise integration projects

  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and cloud technologies

  • Experience in high-growth companies or post-acquisition integration

Salary Range: $100k - $115k annually.
