The Enterprise Platform Specialist is responsible for the management, optimization, and adoption of enterprise applications including ServiceNow, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, our cloud VoIP system, and other enterprise platforms. This role blends technical administration with business analysis, ensuring platforms are reliable, scalable, and deliver measurable value across departments.

Responsibilities: 

  • Platform Administration & Support
    • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms to ensure performance, availability, and security.
    • Build and update workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations across supported applications.
    • Partner with the Information Security team to maintain governance, compliance, and accurate change documentation.
  • Business Analysis & Adoption
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and align platform capabilities with business processes.
    • Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and adoption of new features.
    • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to track usage, adoption, and performance.
  • Onboarding & Training
    • Lead the onboarding of new departments into enterprise platforms, tailoring configurations and workflows to fit business requirements.
    • Provide training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and positive user experience.
  • Project Management
    • Plan and deliver small-to-medium system enhancement projects, module deployments, or integrations on time and within scope.
    • Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate delivery of solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting and/or analyzing enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, and support adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration, provisioning, and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in balancing technical and business needs.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $100,000 to $110,000. 

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
