Enterprise Implementation Project  Manager

Department: Partner Success

Company Stage: Series A, VC-Backed Growth

Role Summary

FamilyWell Health is seeking an experienced enterprise implementation and project manager to join our Partner Success team. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role at a fast-growing Series A healthcare services company expanding access to mental health care for women across the reproductive lifecycle. Reporting to the CEO & Founder, Dr. Jessica Gaulton, you will own the end-to-end launch of one of FamilyWell's enterprise  health system implementations and have the opportunity to transition into the primary relationship owner driving long-term performance, growth, and satisfaction within those accounts.

This is a two-phase role built for someone who thrives on both the rigor of a complex, multi-workstream launch and the relationship depth of strategic account management. The right person is equally comfortable building and executing a project plan across departments including Partner Success, Clinical Services, Clinical Operations, and Product, and leading a quarterly business review with health system leadership.

The Opportunity

As FamilyWell scales into larger health systems and enterprise partnerships, we need a dedicated operational leader who can manage the complexity of multi-state, large scale launches and then sustain and grow those relationships over time.

The role and responsibilities span two phases:

Phase 1 — Enterprise Implementation. Own the end-to-end project management of one of FamilyWell's largest, multi-state enterprise launches. Serve as the operational hub coordinating tasks across Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external partner teams across 10 workstreams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Workstreams include provider credentialing & enrollment, EHR & technology integration, clinical workflows, referral flow & patient communication, staffing & recruitment, training & onboarding, marketing & communications, contracting & financial terms, data & reporting, partner success, among others. Build and maintain master project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, own status reporting and escalations, and drive internal accountability from kickoff through go-live.

Phase 2 — Partnership Success & Growth.  Upon successful completion of Phase 1, and following the partnership launch, this role may transition into the primary relationship owner for the account, leading quarterly business reviews, monitoring referral and enrollment performance, surfacing expansion opportunities, and serving as the voice of the partner internally. You would also own the long-term health and growth of one of FamilyWell's most strategic accounts.

Success in this role will be defined by launching the enterprise partnership on time and meeting key implementation milestones, building trusted relationships with partner leadership, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration across clinical, operations, technology, growth, and executive teams, achieving agreed-upon performance metrics, leading data-driven quarterly business reviews, and partnering with executive leadership to develop a scalable implementation playbook that enables faster, more efficient future enterprise launches.

What You'll Own

Implementation Planning & Execution

  • Build and maintain a master multi-state, enterprise project plan with milestones, workstream timelines, and critical path tracking across all 10 launch workstreams
  • Manage phased launch sequencing and cross-functional dependencies, with a particular focus on provider credentialing and EHR integration
  • Own status updates, escalations, and milestone reporting for internal leadership and external partners
  • Drive internal accountability — follow through until workstream owners close open items
  • Proactively flag issues to leadership team early with proposed mitigations and follow through on mitigation strategies
  • Document implementation processes and create repeatable playbooks for future enterprise launches

Partnership Success & Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners post-launch
  • Build deep relationships with enterprise partner leadership, practice managers, and clinical champions
  • Lead quarterly business reviews: create presentations highlighting trends in referral rates, enrollment, clinical outcomes, and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor partner KPIs and proactively address underperformance before it becomes a risk
  • Identify expansion opportunities — new locations, additional service lines, deeper clinical integration
  • Be the voice of the partner internally, surfacing feedback to FamilyWell leadership
Qualifications

Required

  • At least 5 years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a healthcare setting
  • Successful track  record of owning large, long-term client or partner relationships with measurable growth outcomes
  • Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills — comfortable owning a plan with many moving parts and stakeholders
  • Ability to move fluidly between operational execution and strategic relationship management
  • Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems including Hubspot
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with OB/GYN practices, women's health, or behavioral health
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, provider credentialing, or collaborative care (CoCM) billing models
  • Experience in a partner success role at a health services company
  • Exposure to health system or MSO partnership management

What We Offer
  • Mission-Driven Work: Make a direct impact on women’s mental health and family wellbeing
  • Growth Opportunity: Build and own FamilyWell's enterprise partnership function as we scale nationally
  • Exceptional Team: Collaborate with passionate, mission-aligned leaders, including clinicians from top academic medical centers
  • Competitive Compensation: Market-competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k)
  • Flexibility: Remote-friendly with a collaborative, mission-driven culture
  • Impact: Your work directly enables thousands of women to access life-changing mental health care
Our Values
  • Empathy First: We lead with compassion for the women and families we serve
  • Evidence-Based: We are committed to proven clinical models and data-driven decision-making
  • Equity & Access: We believe all women deserve affordable, high-quality mental health care
  • Collaboration: We work as one team across clinical, operational, and business functions
  • Continuous Learning: We embrace feedback, iterate quickly, and strive to improve every day
