Lead enterprise rollouts of Doxel's AI technology in construction, enhancing customer onboarding and ensuring high satisfaction while managing multiple concurrent projects.
Construction is the 2nd largest industry in the world (4x the size of SaaS!). But unlike software (with observability platforms such as AppDynamics and Datadog), construction teams lack automated feedback loops to help projects stay on schedule and on budget. Without this observability, construction wastes a whopping $3T per year because glitches aren’t detected fast enough to recover.
Doxel AI exists to bring computer vision to construction, so the industry can deliver what society needs to thrive. We have classic computer vision, deep learning ML object detection, a low-latency 3D three.js web app, a complex data pipeline powering it all in the background. We’re building out new workflows, analytics dashboards, and forecasting engines.

The Role:
You’ll lead enterprise rollouts from kickoff through active delivery, working closely with Doxel’s world-class Sales and Customer Success team. The goal is to make our already fast deployment engine even faster. If you like seeing the impact of your work in days, not quarters, this is that kind of role.
This role is hands-on, detail-heavy, and built for autonomy. You’ll shape the foundation of our global implementation function and help define how it scales.
Success in this role will decrease customers’ time to value, increase their onboarding satisfaction, and set the stage for long term future growth with our new and existing customer base.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a results based implementation ensure high satisfaction
- Set a scalable structure that reduces internal friction and speeds up product delivery
- Create rigorous implementation processes to bring new products and features to market at lighting speed
- Manage up to 20 concurrent customer onboardings at any given time
- Schedule and deliver kick off calls and weekly status reports to customers
- Own Executive facing status reporting and escalations when things are moving as swiftly as we’d like
- Guide our customers to successful outcomesRequest, arrange, validate, and prepare onboarding files to ensure timely onboardings
- Liaise between department stakeholders to ensure alignment on all project statuses
- Document and drive systemic change internally to further decrease time to value
What You Bring to the Team:
- 8+ years in the software industry delivering implementation at scale
- Process and structure-driven, able to create flexible yet complete structure to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Meticulously organized with excellent written communication skillsComfortable with modern tools for managing and communicating with internal parties
- Proactive and self-motivated, you're a beacon of positivity and enthusiasmHigh aptitude and willingness to continually learn new technologies
- Adaptable to ever-evolving processes and strong personal initiative to execute
Preferred:
- A background or experience in commercial construction, engineering, and/or design is a huge plus.
- Comfortable with both Oracle P6 Schedules and BIM
