The Opportunity

As an EA you will lead multi-solution implementations for our strategic customers. You will also drive professional services process improvements and efficiency while holding our high standards of delivery quality. You will also help develop a culture of innovation, technology excellence and architectural field and serve as a strong champion for change!

What You’ll Do
  • Represent Adobe Services as the lead Architect on key accounts, defining the solution strategy & architecture and lead the overall implementation for Adobe Solutions
  • Bring deep knowledge of digital experience and marketing technology to align enterprise solution architecture to business strategy
  • Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve optimal state
  • Understand the current state of organization-wide architecture and assess marketing capabilities
  • Recommend the future state of system and application architecture across the organization
  • Work with customer teams and drive the dialogue to establish use cases, goals, objectives, and architecture to meet business requirements
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams
  • Engage and evangelize recommendations to executive and senior leadership teams
  • Work closely with and act as a liaison between key business, and IT experts during entire engagement
  • Grow Adobe's architecture practice and share on-the-ground customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve product capabilities
What You Need to Succeed
  • Deep technical and business expertise in digital marketing use cases and strategies across content, data, and customer journeys—including CMS, analytics, personalization, e-commerce, DAM, and mobile engagement.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an enterprise, solution, or application architect, systems integrator, or consultant.
  • Track record of delivering successful Enterprise or Solution/ Application integrations, with digital marketing tools and systems related to big data, analytics, testing & optimization, personalization, and activation
  • Proven ability to engage with senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, CXOs), build consensus, and deliver impactful solutions in customer-facing environments.
  • Skilled in identifying business challenges and aligning proposed solutions with measurable success criteria.
  • Proficient in breaking down intricate ideas for diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical customers throughout the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a talent for deriving clear insights and conclusions from customer interviews and data.
  • Demonstrated success in developing established methodologies for architectural design, technical diagrams, capability maps, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Effective multitasker with the ability to prioritize across multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative great teammate known for encouraging trust and driving toward efficient solutions.
  • Highly curious and quick to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Past experience working in a world-class consulting or technology organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
