The Enterprise Account Specialist (EAS) is a strategic, operations-focused role responsible for owning the enterprise-level operational, contractual, and readiness infrastructure required to support large, multi-site health system partnerships. This role ensures enterprise accounts are fully prepared for successful deployment by managing EPIC/Aura readiness pipelines, LSA development, payer alignment, and enterprise onboarding. The role involves long-term strategic planning, business development, and delivering high-quality services aligned with Baylor Genetics core values and the hospital's mission and objectives.
Primary Focus Areas
· Health system and IDN partnership development, including contract pursuit and executive alignment
· EPIC/Aura enterprise readiness & integration pipeline
· LSA generation, operational contracting, and amendments
· Payer alignment & reimbursement workflow coordination
· Enterprise onboarding, implementation, and business operations
· Executive relationship management across clinical, operational, laboratory and IT leadership
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, pursue, and advance enterprise health system and IDN partnerships, including leading contracting efforts aligned with organizational strategy and growth priorities.
· Build and manage executive-level relationships across C-suite, clinical, operational, laboratory, and IT leadership to support enterprise alignment, execution, and long-term partnership success.
· Lead the full EPIC/Aura enterprise readiness pipeline
· Own enterprise roadmap management, timelines, and risk tracking
· Coordinate pre-build readiness and implementation kickoffs
· Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and key health system stakeholders
· Own creation and management of enterprise LSAs
· Coordinate with RCM, Legal, Medical Affairs, Product, Finance, and Sales
· Manage enterprise onboarding timelines and cross-functional handoffs
Maintain enterprise SOPs, documentation, and workflows
· Manage escalations across multiple sites or regions
· Prepare enterprise QBRs and performance reviews
· Identify and support enterprise expansion opportunities
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (master’s preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare and genetic testing sector, particularly with enterprise systems.
· Understanding of the continuum of care within clinical and diagnostic genetics.
· Proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives and senior leadership in hospital settings
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
· Strong understanding of health system operations and governance
· Experience with EMR integrations (EPIC preferred)
· Familiarity with LSAs, payer workflows, and enterprise onboarding
· Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
