About the position:
   

In this role, you will focus on selling Talroo’s data driven platform that helps attract unique talent communities and deliver candidates to employing companies.  
We are looking to hire someone who has a competitive spirit and strives to be a top performer— an entrepreneurial self-starter who requires minimal supervision. You are motivated to find solutions to challenges as they occur. You have a genuine interest in delivering the right solution, to the right client, every single time. You're eager to learn from failures - not just from successes.    
Location: This role is open to remote employees in select US States: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia   
 

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Talroo, you will:   

  • Educate prospects and clients about Talroo’s products and services through presentations and product demonstrations. 
  • Conduct outreach and prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other essential methods. 
  • Cleary articulate Talroo’s value proposition and return on investment. 
  • Utilize sales enablement through a full sales cycle, including management of the sales pipeline through provided sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator). 
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management through handoff to ensure that proper expectations are set during the sales process and met in delivery. 
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing and Product teams.   
  • Stay on top of the trends impacting our core audience. 
  • Motivated to exceed monthly and quarterly assigned targets for revenue and sales activities. 
  • Understand the competitive landscape – know our competition, how they position themselves, and how they position themselves against Talroo. 
  • Self-source at least 10 qualified meetings per month. 

  

What we are looking for in a highly qualified candidate:   

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in remote outbound tech sales OR 3 years of relevant HR Tech experience and a Bachelor’s Degree.   
  • CPC, lead generation, and/or recruiting/hiring industry experience.  HR or Staffing experience is a plus! 
  • Experience with Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZOOM, and Zoominfo. 
  • Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles of 6 months or more, prospecting into Director, VP, and CXO personas. 
  • Positive and energetic phone and Zoom presentation skills.  Must be an active listener, with equally professional organizational skills. 
  • Capability and willingness to conduct ongoing outreach via LinkedIn and email, as well as other essential prospecting methods. 
  • Self-motivated to learn and succeed in a remote results-driven environment.  We value extreme ownership. 
  • Demonstrable history of team selling and collaborating with multiple internal departments. 
  • Extremely coachable and always open to feedback, proactive in utilizing available resources. 
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment. 
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently. 
  • Ability to demonstrate efficient time management capabilities and maintain a hyper organized pipeline. 
  • Familiarity with Sandler Selling, GAP Selling, and/or Fanatical Prospecting is a plus! 
  • Must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without employer sponsorship. 
  • Must reside in one of the approved states listed above.

Pay Range: $100,000-120,000 base with a 175K OTE (based on experience) uncapped commission and ability to earn SPIFs and bounties.
