The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales cycle, build executive relationships, and partner with internal teams to tailor solutions for enterprise clients.
We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to build and grow strategic relationships with enterprise customers in logistics, retail, e-commerce, and related sectors. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in an early-stage, fast-paced environment, is comfortable building a sales motion from the ground up, and can close large, complex deals with top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target enterprise accounts in key industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing and onboarding clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and reporting for executive leadership.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual success and long-term partnerships.
- Provide market and customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or related industries.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas.
- Strong network and experience selling to enterprise clients with complex buying cycles.
- Skilled at engaging C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or early-stage environment preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of results.
