This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in an early-stage, fast-paced environment, is comfortable building a sales motion from the ground up, and can close large, complex deals with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target enterprise accounts in key industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing and onboarding clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and reporting for executive leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual success and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas.
  • Strong network and experience selling to enterprise clients with complex buying cycles.
  • Skilled at engaging C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or early-stage environment preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of results.
