OUR STORY

Leah empowers enterprises to build, orchestrate, and govern intelligent AI agents across legal, procurement, finance, and beyond. Our solution combines advanced AI with deep domain expertise across three core products: Leah Agentic OS, Leah Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Leah Legal. Founded in 2015, Leah automates complex workflows, connects data silos, and drives measurable ROI at scale.

Trusted by over 400 global enterprises and backed by leading investors including Insight Partners and SoftBank, Leah, a ContractPod Technologies Limited company, has been recognized as a CLM Visionary by Gartner for five consecutive years and a Leader in the 2025 IDC MarketScape. Headquartered in London with offices worldwide, we are helping enterprises build the AI intelligent infrastructure of the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Leah is redefining how enterprises run their most complex business processes. What began as AI for legal teams has grown into an enterprise orchestration platform: Maestro, our super-orchestrator, and the Leah Agentic OS coordinate pre-built domain agents across Legal, Procurement, and Finance to turn fragmented, manual workflows into connected, autonomous ones.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is a true hunter: someone who builds their own pipeline from scratch, leads consultative conversations with General Counsel, CPOs, and CFOs, and closes complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You won’t be handed a book of business. You’ll build one, and help define how the enterprise buys agentic AI.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Hunt and build your territory. Self-source net-new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, executive networking, events, and partners. Pipeline creation is yours to own.
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles end to end. Run complex, multi-threaded deals from first conversation through discovery, business case, security and procurement review, negotiation, and close.
  • Sell across the C-suite. Engage General Counsel, Chief Procurement Officers, CFOs, and CIOs/CAIOs, often in the same deal, and align them around a shared outcome.
  • Be a consultant, not a pitch. Diagnose cross-functional pain such as contract-to-invoice leakage, supplier risk, spend visibility, and manual reconciliation, then design solutions that map Leah’s agents to measurable business value.
  • Build the business case. Quantify ROI and partner with solutions engineering to scope proofs of concept that prove value quickly, even in organizations with messy data or legacy ERP environments.
  • Land and expand. Win an initial use case in one function and grow it across Legal, Procurement, and Finance into a platform relationship.
  • Work the ecosystem. Collaborate with strategic partners, including global consultancies and systems integrators, to co-sell and accelerate deals.
  • Shape the market. Bring field insight back to product and marketing as we define the agentic orchestration category.
  • Consistently exceed targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where every deal you close shapes the company’s trajectory.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven enterprise hunter. 8+ years of enterprise software sales, with a consistent record of exceeding quota on net-new logos you sourced yourself.
  • Domain credibility. Consultative selling experience into Legal, Finance, or Procurement buyers. Familiarity with how these functions operate, from contracting and sourcing to procure-to-pay and financial close, lets you speak their language from the first call.
  • Complex deal mastery. A track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with long cycles, multiple stakeholders, and rigorous procurement, legal, and InfoSec reviews.
  • Solution mindset. You lead with problems, not features. You’re comfortable whiteboarding a workflow, building a value hypothesis, and adapting the solution to the customer’s environment.
  • Relevant technology experience. Background selling CLM, procure-to-pay, spend management, source-to-contract, ERP-adjacent, finance automation, or AI/automation platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Executive presence. Ability to simplify technical and AI concepts for senior business leaders and hold your own in boardroom-level conversations.
  • Disciplined execution. Strong command of a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar), Salesforce proficiency, and rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
  • Builder’s mentality. Comfortable with ambiguity, energized by a fast-moving startup environment, and motivated to help shape a new category.
  • Education. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A background in law, finance, procurement, or professional services consulting is highly valued.
  • Be where the deals happen. Willingness to travel to meet clients, partners, and attend industry events.

BENEFITS

  • Compensation: Competitive salary with huge growth and upside potential.
  • Wellness: Paid Health and Wellness Days and comprehensive insurance coverage.
  • Future Planning: 401(k) / Pension plans with Employer Match.
  • Impact: The ability to make a tangible impact on a global organization shaping the future of Enterprise AI.
  • Huge growth and upside potential with the ability to make a true impact on a growing start-up organization
