The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business acquisition among prospective clients and expanding revenue within assigned accounts across InvestCloud's enterprise solutions, including Digital Wealth, APL, and Altic. The primary focus is identifying, developing, and winning strategic new-logo opportunities, with cross-sell and up-sell activity supporting broader strategic client growth.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales, Product, and Account Management, making strong cross-functional collaboration and orchestration essential to success.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for a sales professional who can self-source pipeline, create momentum with prospective clients, navigate complex enterprise buying groups, develop executive relationships, and convert strategic opportunities into revenue.

What does a great Enterprise Account Executive do?
A great Enterprise Account Executive demonstrates a strong strategic, consultative selling approach and a command of InvestCloud's full value proposition across Digital Wealth, APL, and Altic.
They promote and sell InvestCloud solutions to prospective clients, expanding the company's presence across wealth managers, private banks, regional banks, asset managers, RIAs, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions. They also identify targeted expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
They build trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders, uncover strategic needs, and create compelling business cases that accelerate deal progression and close complex opportunities.
They are effective at selling broader platform capabilities and point solutions supporting client engagement, advisor experience, onboarding, portfolio and operational workflows, reporting, and other enterprise wealth technology needs.
How you will provide meaningful contributions
- Develop and execute prospect strategies, account plans, and sales plans to achieve revenue goals and individual quota
- Drive net-new business acquisition through direct sales activity, including outbound prospecting, new-logo sales, and targeted cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across InvestCloud's solution set
- Build and manage a predictable pipeline through self-sourced lead generation, prospect nurturing, prioritization, disciplined reporting, and forecast management
- Target and qualify potential leads and pursuits, determining the most effective strategic and consultative sales approach for each opportunity
- Educate prospects on the value of InvestCloud's enterprise capabilities across Digital Wealth, APL, and Altic
- Leverage financial services and industry knowledge to create demand, shape compelling purchase rationales, and establish business value
- Partner with internal pursuit teams, Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Account Management to shape, position, and close deals
- Establish and grow executive-level relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining strategic relationships with existing clients
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across enterprise and strategic accounts, and develop winning close plans with effective negotiation strategies
- Create accurate forecasts, quickly qualify opportunities, and maintain a disciplined funnel of qualified prospects
- Share industry, deal, and sales best practices across the sales organization
Basic Qualifications for Consideration
- 8-15 years of solution-selling experience within financial technology, wealth technology, or adjacent SaaS environments
- Experience selling complex solutions into financial institutions, including wealth managers, private banks, regional banks, asset managers, RIAs, broker-dealers, and other large financial services organizations
- Demonstrated success selling six- and seven-figure enterprise and strategic deals
- Consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding annual sales quota
- Strong pipeline generation skills, including experience building self-sourced pipeline and developing new prospective-client opportunities
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and wealth technology landscape
- Proven ability to establish and grow executive- and C-level relationships
- Experience selling against wealth management competitors and internal alternatives
- Strong value-based selling skills, including both point-solution and platform-selling expertise
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles, matrixed buying groups, and complex institutional decision processes
- Demonstrated strengths in financial business acumen, executive relationship management, competitive selling, persuasion, sales planning, presentation, targeting, sales call execution, closing, negotiation, consultative selling, relationship building, appointment setting, and value creation
- Demonstrated personal attributes including competitiveness, accountability, adaptability, teamwork, motivation, strong results orientation, and a drive to succeed
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Prior experience selling wealth, asset management, digital wealth, advisor technology, client experience, onboarding, reporting, managed account, portfolio management, portfolio accounting, trading, billing, or related enterprise technology solutions
- Experience selling into wealth managers, private banks, asset managers, regional banks, RIAs, broker-dealers, and tier 1 financial institutions
- Strong CRM discipline and experience managing pipeline in a structured, metrics-driven sales process
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
- High-energy, creative, team-oriented approach with a passion for building businesses and brands
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and solve problems effectively

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.
Salary Range: $170,000 – $187,000
