Drive new business and strategic growth across enterprises with $1B+ in annual revenue, generating pipeline and closing complex $250k+ ACV deals. Manage C-suite and executive stakeholders, use structured enterprise sales methodologies, execute direct and channel sales, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success in a high-growth AI startup.
This is a remote position.
The Role
Axiamatic's mission is to build a category-defining company, defining the era of The Agentic Control Plane. To make this happen, we are looking to build the highest-powered distribution engine in the world. Our distribution moat will be broken down into 3 pillars:
1. Speed
2. Precision
3. The strongest talent in enterprise technology sales
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and strategic growth. This is a foundational "builder" role for a high-growth environment. You will focus on enterprises with $1B+ in annual revenue, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments to land $250k+ ACV deals.
The ideal candidate is a relentless self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup and doesn't wait for the perfect conditions to close.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Prospecting: Own pipeline generation and territory execution for $1B+ accounts. AEs should be proficient with modern sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
• Framework Selling: Bring discipline and structure to every deal. You know how to qualify hard, find the real pain, get to the economic buyer, and build a path to close — regardless of the methodology you use to get there.
• Hybrid GTM Execution: Drive revenue through both direct sales and collaboration with Channel Partners and System Integrators (SIs).
• Complex Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage buyers, influencers, and decision-makers at the C-suite, VP, and Director levels.
• Adversity & Negotiation: Pivot effectively when faced with unknowns, overcome "we don't need this" objections, and lead professional contract negotiations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide GTM feedback while maintaining a primary focus on execution.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales, specifically within SaaS or AI-native ecosystems.
• Methodology: Deep familiarity with at least one rigorous enterprise sales methodology (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or equivalent) and the discipline to apply it consistently.
• Resourcefulness: A builder's mindset with a proven ability to create opportunities, close complex deals, and thrive when given the autonomy to make things happen.
• High Performers: A history of top performance and consistently outperforming your peers.
Cultural & Values Alignment
At Axiamatic, we hire for values as much as for sales talent. We are looking for:
• Team-First: You collaborate, share credit, and support your colleagues.
• Innovation & Risk-Taking: You challenge the status quo and seek better ways to solve old problems.
• Humility & Integrity: You operate with compassion, admit mistakes, and maintain high ethical standards.
• Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, adapt, and constantly improve.
• Customer-First: You anticipate challenges and build deep trust.
Benefits
• Structure: 50/50 split (Base + Commission).
• Location: Remote (In-Region).
• Impact: Meaningful equity in a high-growth, award-winning AI startup
