Position Overview

As an experienced Enterprise Account Executive, you will join the Platform Sales team and play a key role in introducing and selling Tridge’s core data and intelligence services. In particular, you will focus on Tridge EYE, our flagship service that delivers actionable insights and growth opportunities to a global clientele. You will identify and acquire a wide range of clients from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises and drive Tridge’s revenue growth through exceptional sales performance. In this role, you will directly contribute to business expansion and become a vital part of shaping Tridge’s success story.

Primary Sales Product: Tridge EYE

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales process for Tridge’s Enterprise solutions, from proactive lead generation (outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification) to deal closing, ensuring strong pipeline coverage and conversion.
  • Targeting & Lead Development: Research, identify, and approach high-potential enterprise accounts across targeted industries and regions, aligning outreach with Tridge’s market intelligence and product positioning.
  • Needs Analysis & Solution Proposal: Conduct in-depth discovery to understand each customer’s supply chain challenges and business goals. Propose tailored, data-driven solutions leveraging Tridge’s platform and intelligence capabilities.
  • Client Engagement & Presentations: Deliver impactful product demonstrations and business presentations to C-level and senior decision-makers, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI.
  • Negotiation & Contract Execution: Lead commercial negotiations, secure agreements with optimal terms, and ensure smooth contract execution in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Segment & Vertical-Specific Market Strategies: Develop differentiated go-to-market strategies tailored to each vertical and customer segment, considering unique industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to maximize penetration and conversion.

What You Bring

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in B2B tech, platform, or data/intelligence sales, with a strong track record in managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation (both outbound and inbound) to closing — particularly with Enterprise-level deals.
  • Market Segmentation & Strategy Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute differentiated go-to-market strategies by vertical and customer segment, leveraging market intelligence to maximize penetration and conversion.
  • Customer-Centric Proposal Development: Ability to selectively utilize pre-sales assets, GTM materials, and marketing content tailored to industry-specific needs, enhancing the quality and impact of proposals.
  • Understanding of Customer Structure and Pain Points: Understand the decision-making structure of customer organizations and deliver optimized solution value based on this insight.

Great to Haves

  • Understanding of supply chain structures and industry-specific pain points, especially within agri/food or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with data-driven sales, including analyzing market or supply chain data to strengthen proposals.
  • Background in both Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive (AE) roles, handling outbound prospecting and closing.
