About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the BFSI vertical to drive new business with leading banks, insurance providers, credit card issuers, fintech firms, and BPO partners serving financial services clients. Your mission is to show how Sanas delivers measurable ROI—reducing call handling time, enhancing customer experience, improving compliance outcomes, and supporting efficiency at scale in highly regulated financial environments.

You will be part of a verticalized sales team, reporting into senior leadership, and expected to build the BFSI sales motion from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who quickly builds meaningful relationships, thrives in category creation, can navigate complex compliance requirements, and understands the unique dynamics of global financial enterprises.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We’re looking for a special seller who is driven to blow past expectations, deliver extraordinary numbers, and ride the momentum of one of the fastest-scaling companies in enterprise AI. Sanas is experiencing incredible growth that is only accelerating, and this is your chance to be at the center of it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a defined BFSI vertical territory (East Coast, U.S.).
  • Build and close new business with enterprise banking, financial services, insurance, and fintech organizations.
  • Drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executives in CX, Operations, Revenue, Risk, Compliance.
  • Navigate strict InfoSec, KYC, and regulatory compliance processes, ensuring trust in Sanas’ platform.
  • Contribute to the vertical playbook—documenting sales motions, objection handling, and ROI proof points unique to BFSI.
  • Achieve $1.5M+ in new ARR annually, with a mix of direct contracts and BPO-led engagements.
  • Maintain extraordinary Salesforce discipline and provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and deal strategy reviews.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital banking, customer experience innovation, compliance, and financial technology adoption.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS/AI/technology sales experience with specific focus on BFSI (banks, financial services, insurance, or fintech).
  • Proven success selling contact center, CX, CCaaS, or operations technology into financial services organizations.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding $1.5M+ ARR quotas.
  • Deep familiarity with financial services enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder $500K+ ARR enterprise deals.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders + personal Rolodex of influencers in BFSI.
  • High energy, self-starter mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-growth, category-creating environment.
  • Desire to travel
  • Location: East U.S., Remote.

Joining us means contributing to the world’s first real-time speech understanding platform revolutionizing Contact Centers and Enterprises alike.

Our technology empowers agents, transforms customer experiences, and drives measurable growth. But this is just the beginning. You'll be part of a team exploring the vast potential of an increasingly sonic future
