Position Summary
Wall Street Prep (WSP) is expanding, and we’re seeking a motivated Enrollment Advisor (Contract) to support prospective students interested in our online certificate programs. This short-term role is ideal for someone with a customer service mindset and strong communication skills who enjoys guiding individuals toward professional development opportunities.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for finance professionals exploring WSP’s programs. You’ll respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, providing thoughtful guidance and helping prospective learners understand how our programs can support their career goals.
This is a remote position, but applicants must be based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to prospective and current students via email and phone.
Provide accurate information on program offerings and enrollment processes.
Deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience that builds trust and confidence in WSP.
Identify and escalate complex questions to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, admissions, or advising preferred.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online education or the finance industry is a plus.
