Reporting to the Director Engineering, as an Engineering Manager, you'll help advance our engineering strategy, mentor high-performing teams, and partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions that directly improve the lives of millions. • Experience driving product impact – You've led teams through ambiguous problem spaces and delivered high-quality, user-facing products that move metrics.
  • Team builder and culture shaper – You've hired, developed, and retained strong talent. You foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical depth – You can engage on architecture and implementation decisions, while also considering trade-offs across cost, velocity, and value delivery.
  • Executive presence and influence – build trust with senior leaders, and help align teams around a shared vision.
