About this team:

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team of enthusiastic engineers on the core ad-serving system. Every day, we serve billions of ads, process terabytes of data, and provide valuable data and insights to our publishers and buyers. Every month, our systems are used by 200+ million people around the world. You will be working hands-on in a team that is focused on the architecture of, and process innovation around, the application at the forefront of this real-time processing.

In this role you will: 

• Write production-ready code and unit tests that meet both system and business requirements

• Respond to feature requests, bug reports, performance issues, and ad-hoc questions

• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver quality software

• Support services in production

We’re looking for someone with:

• Familiarity with building and operating large-scale, high-traffic enterprise server applications.

• Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate in an engineering team.

• Experience in C/C++ and or Rust 

• Experience in Python(Bash scripting is a plus).

• Experience programming SQL queries and stored procedures (MySQL is a plus).

• Experience working in a Linux environment.

• Familiarity with the HTTP protocol including headers.

• Minimum of B.S. in CS/EE, Math, Physics or a related science required.

About Us

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $82,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
