About the location:

Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.

About Role: 

The Repair Maintenance/Engineer III will ensure the reliability, safety, and excellence of hotel facilities while supporting seamless guest and employee experiences.  

 

What you will do: 

  • Maintain, inspect, and repair building systems and equipment.  

  • Lead or support complex repairs, installations, and upgrades. 

  • Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs.  

  • Respond promptly to engineering requests and emergencies.  

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and brand standards.  

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the property. 

 

What you will bring:  

  • As an Engineer III, you bring advanced technical knowledge and leadership experience to support hotel operations at the highest level. 

  • Strong expertise in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life-safety systems). 

  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues. 

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and compliance requirements. 

  • A safety-first mindset aligned with regulatory and brand standards
