The Engagement Cloud Project Manager leads large-scale, enterprise restaurant technology deployments from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. This role owns delivery excellence — driving cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders.
You will serve as the primary point of accountability for scope, timeline, budget, risk management, and executive communication. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, disciplined project governance, and the ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed environments.

What You’ll Own
· Lead enterprise SaaS + hardware implementation programs with full delivery accountability
· Establish strong executive-level partnerships with customer stakeholders
· Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
· Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical path across global teams
· Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
· Own scope governance, including change control and commercial impact discussions
· Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting and dashboards
· Proactively manage escalations and drive resolution
· Translate business requirements into high-quality functional solution documentation
· Act as the voice of the customer, influencing internal prioritization and process improvement
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years of enterprise project management experience
· 5+ years in restaurant technology, hospitality tech, or complex SaaS implementations
· Proven experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional delivery programs
· Experience working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
· Strong risk management and scope control discipline
· Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
· Experience working with globally distributed teams
· PMP certification preferred
