A day in the life
Prologis seeks an experienced sustainability professional passionate about energy and sustainability to support the development and delivery of high-impact initiatives that advance decarbonization across its global platform.
As Energy & Sustainability Programs Manager, you will be a shared resource across our Energy, Mobility, Sustainability, and Global Impact and Sustainability teams. You’ll help drive short-term strategy and near-term execution of new offers and programs focused on solutions that support both customers and the Prologis platform.
This role requires someone who can manage details, communicate clearly, and support go-to-market execution, including crafting messaging and materials that resonate with customers and partners. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to global programs that shape our business and the industry.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role with the opportunity to influence both internal operations and external-facing programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Help deliver and scale strategic programs that support our customers and accelerate Prologis' sustainability goals. Your responsibilities will span program development, sales enablement, stakeholder engagement, and execution support.
Program Development
- Support the development and implementation of new offers and programs across energy, mobility, and sustainability, aligning initiatives with business development strategy and customer needs
- Incorporate internal and external stakeholder feedback to refine program positioning, processes, and impact
- Conduct research on market trends, competitive positioning, and policy developments to inform strategy and content
Sales Enablement
- Create compelling and visually engaging presentation materials, pitch decks, and collateral to support sales conversations and internal alignment
- Support messaging development for key offerings, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, energy efficiency, and digital tools
- Build and maintain enablement assets such as playbooks, solution guides, trackers, and customer-facing materials
Tools and Processes
- Identify opportunities for digital and technology tool integration to enhance collaboration, data sharing, and opportunity tracking across sustainability initiatives
- Assist with managing and improving internal tools—including CRM platforms—to support sustainability program execution and visibility
- Maintain and communicate new tools and resources that empower sales and delivery teams to execute consistently and effectively
Building blocks for success
- 5+ years experience in sustainability or energy consulting or business development, program implementation, or roles involving strategic messaging, content development, and solution storytelling related to clean energy or sustainability
- Experience in Salesforce CRM, content management/proposal database and digital selling tools
- Strong understanding of and passion for energy, electrification, and decarbonization
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication (verbal + written) skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; comfort using CRM platforms (Salesforce familiarity is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams, ideally in a fast-paced program or consulting environment
- Demonstrated experience messaging or communicating complex energy or sustainability concepts to a business audience
- Creative, strategic thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative
- Team-first attitude with a passion for sustainability and delivering real-world solutions
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, environmental science, energy, business)
Hiring Salary Range of: $123,00 - $182,00. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
