A sophisticated national law firm with a highly respected energy and infrastructure practice is seeking an attorney with approx. 3–6+ years of experience handling energy regulatory, power market, and infrastructure-related matters.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on some of the most significant issues involving data centers, AI infrastructure expansion, energy procurement, grid capacity, and large-scale technology growth.
- Advising clients on energy regulatory and transactional matters
- Supporting infrastructure and power-related projects
- Counseling large energy consumers, technology companies, or digital infrastructure clients
- Assisting with energy procurement strategy and related agreements
- Handling matters involving organized power markets and utility regulation
- Exposure to federal or state energy regulatory agencies is helpful, but not required
Expected compensation: approx. $260,000 – $390,000+, depending on experience and overall background.
