We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an Energy Advisor! You will assure project completion for residential energy efficiency programs. By working with homeowners and contractors Energy Advisors walk customers through projects from program eligibility, through paperwork and program qualifications, and lastly to project completion. Energy Advisors will act as specialists in providing technical products/services, training on technical specifications, and fulfilling program requirements. Utilize tools to better inform homeowners of their potential upgrade options with the goals of program success in mind.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

• Provide individualized and ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors to convert projects according to contract compliance
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications
• Rebate processing, data entry, and QA/QC support
• Record and provide to program staff customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 1-2 years relative industry experience with Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of training, education, and work experience in a related field required.
• Technical and/or sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
