Are you passionate about driving sustainability and energy innovation across North America? As an Account Executive at World Kinect, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how large commercial, industrial, and institutional clients manage energy and sustainability. You’ll lead strategic initiatives to deliver cutting-edge solutions—from energy procurement and risk management to net zero advisory and carbon footprint reporting.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead with Strategy: Execute go-to-market strategies to identify and pursue high-impact business opportunities.
  • Drive Growth: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, develop new leads, and close deals that deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with subject matter experts, client managers, and marketing to craft compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: From prospecting to presentations and negotiations, you’ll guide clients through every stage of the journey.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, anticipate client needs, and propose innovative energy and sustainability solutions.
  • Represent World Kinect: Attend industry conferences, build relationships, and expand our market presence.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Sustainability—or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of proven success in energy management, renewable energy, or sustainability sales.
  • Experience engaging with C-level decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • A strong understanding of electricity, natural gas, and sustainability markets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and pipeline management.
