Job Description:
We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in residential and commercial lending. We are seeking a skilled Encompass Developer to design, enhance, and maintain our Encompass mortgage loan origination system (LOS). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage operations, Encompass SDK/API integrations, custom forms, business rules, and automation to support efficient loan processing and compliance. This is a contract role.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain custom Encompass configurations, including business rules, input forms, print forms, and custom fields.
Utilize Encompass SDK, API, and Ellie Mae Developer Connect to build and integrate external systems, tools, and data sources.
Design and implement automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, user errors, and integration failures.
Collaborate with business users, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support Encompass upgrades, environment maintenance, and testing of new releases.
Develop documentation and provide user training on new functionality.
Ensure compliance with mortgage industry regulations, investor guidelines, and company policies.
Customer form development
Advanced code development
Trigger rule development
Dashboard and reporting enhancements
Who you are:
5+ years of related work experience
Valid Encompass Administration or Developer Certification from ICE or Mortgage Workflow Partners (Required)
Maintains a working knowledge of all current system guidelines and features.
Ability to use systems and software programs needed to conduct daily business.

Pay: $12,000 - $14,000 monthly. 3- month contracts
